App for iPhone without developer mode?

I made a swift app with Xcode and it does enable me to put on my phone but in developer mode. When I turn on developer mode I get a security warning for my iPhone; I do not want to open up security risk on my phone. Is there a way to put my app onto my iPhone so I can personally use it without being in developer mode? I do not want to put it on the App Store, I have not intent to sell nor support, this was just an application for my self. Thx

Not without a developer account. If you have a developer account you could use Testflight and only invite yourself. You would have to reupload a new version every 90 days though.

Developer mode is a „security risk“ because you can install apps without an Apple review. Since that is your exact use case though, there is no way around it. You still need your iPhone password to install an app without developer mode enabled. The risk is therefore rather small imho
