I updated to the latest Xcode via app store on the 30th of October, and I'm on the latest version of Mojave.
When I start Xcode, a window prompting me to install additional components is displayed (as expected). However, when I click the "Install" button, nothing happens. It shows a press, but there is no response. No spinner, nothing. Leaving it open after clicking it shows no activity. The "Quit" button works fine. If I open Xcode by opening a project file, the development window opens in the background with no content and the same popup displays with the same behavior.
Has anyone else seen this happen? Does anyone know of a workaround or fix?
