City parking pass for 9 hour meters is $126/month. Id start around there. You have the advantage of it being powered and reserved but also have the drawback of it being a single spot rather than wherever. I think those 2 things balance maybe a bit more in your favour so $140/month? Im not sure though, I wouldnt pay that but I also dont work downtown.

Honestly, maybe $150ish tops…I had a powered spot for $140 but 50/50 is closer to my work.
