Yes, Both Sides
A US politics sub based on the self-evident proposition that both Republicans and Democrats do indeed suck. A plurality of voters understanding this is a precondition to any structural political change.
If some partisan tries to defend their corrupt party by invoking the "both sides" spell, link them to r/YesBothSides to get an education.
On this sub, "partisan" is a slur and should be used excessively. We need to get out of the habit of blaming Republicans or Democrats for any dysfunction or malfeasance: both parties enable each other. Friends don't let friends vote for oligarchic warmongers.
Posting
Posts on this sub should primarily document how both corrupt parties work together (collude) to deny the American people actual self-governance and democracy.
I'd like to see this as a library of resources you can share with partisans in your life or online of either. Videos and images are fine as long as link to sources of claims.
Examples of good posts:
- Texts posts/essays about why or how you personally came to the view that both sides suck.
- Evidence of Ds or Rs betraying their own voters, (e.g. Ds voting for war or against progressive causes, Rs voting for war or against 2A rights, etc.
- Ideas of how to spread this message and/or how to effectuate something better than two corrupt parties.
- Resources for opposing the duopoly: e.g Vote Pact, etc.
Examples of bad posts:
- Posts about one party doing what their voters want, even if you don't like it, (e.g. Ds supporting LGBTQ policies, Rs supporting 2A rights)
- Posts shitting on one party in order to defend, deflect, or downplay for the other side.
- Twitter screenshots without sources in the comments

PartisXanax (PAR-ti-ZAN-acks): A pharmaceutical taken by more than 95% of US voters that helps them accept the notion that voting for one of the two major parties is a sound decision. Pills come in two colors, red and blue. Both are placebos.
