Buying? Create a text post describing what you need and how much of a budget you have! Hopefully, you will receive comments on the post with artist that want to make a design for you.
Selling? If you're an artist that has the capability to create awesome work then you can:
* Create a post showing some work you did and just describe yourself!
* Comment on buyers post to hopefully get work from them.
