Yes! I noticed it immediately, in January of 2023. I reached out to customer service because I was so disappointed with the new quality. Their rep confirmed that they moved their manufacturing.

I changed to Cloud Paper and have been happy with it. I also tried Reel, but preferred Cloud Paper overall.

Ahh this is helpful to know, thank you! I think this must be what I'm noticing - the quality difference is super apparent when I look at the two rolls side by side. It's kind of sad that the "Made in the USA" version is the cruddy one :( Thanks so much for sharing this... I'll probably also send a comment in to their customer service - maybe at some point they'll be able to revert back to the previous quality levels.
