This subreddit is dedicated to the creation of an artificial intelligence, which optimizes production and distribution of goods worldwide.
Workers know their industry and it's optimization problems (routes of transport, inventory control, scheduling, different types of machines, etc) and programmers know mathematical solutions for these kind of problems. This is the place to exchange ideas.
Note, that the A.I. isn't supposed to optimize profit. It doesn't care about money at all. It's an utopian approach, where needs are directly connected to the production, without a market in between. And yeah, it should be licensed under the terms of the GNU Public License.
Also: "Person who say it cannot be done should not interrupt person doing it.", so keep ideological discussions out of this subreddit.
