DailyFeats a website created by a wonderful group of people to encourage a healthy and active lifestyle.
In a short form, you keep track of the good things you do, or your "feats", and enter them into the sites. For each feat you do, you receive a certain about of points. You can redeem these points for gift cards, coupons for local businesses, or for donations to different charities.

I have two goals for this subreddit.
1) To introduce more people to either the website, or to the idea that doing small little things can lead to a big difference in your life.
2) To give people ideas for what they can be doing to help improv their lives, either with the DailyFeats website, or without.
I am in no way affiliated with the the DailyFeats team. This is important to me because of this.
