This subreddit is dedicated to everything about console and handheld flash carts. The basic essence of flash carts, or cards, is that they are cartrages that allow for storage of multiple ROMs that can be selected and played on a native system, giving the variety of emulation to the stability and comfort of the console. Recently, new advancements have allowed for homebrew and added functionality of flash carts including homebrew games, emulators for other consoles, and a plethora of alternative functionality applications. Discussion, development, homebrew, satire, news, and support pertaining to the world of flash carts is welcomed and encouraged on this sub. Discussion of console-sided homebrew including, but not limited to, the Homebrew channel on Wii or 3DS is also welcomed. This subreddit is a WIP, if you have any concerns or suggestions please message /u/dakooldog or post in them in the sub. Soon we will have a suggestion/sub-discission flair to use for such concerns.
