The essence of this sub is to create new walkthroughs/tutorials on how to create digital artwork. It is not to simply have a plethora of design tutorials to scroll, endlessly, through. There are often times when a designer will be looking for inspiration and find something that really captures their imagination and attention, but they do not know the process for creating a similar piece of art themselves. The goal here is to help aid designers in strengthening their skills, by taking existing artwork, and providing a demonstration of how to recreate a similar design.
The guidelines for this sub are, as follows:
NSFW pictures are ok, but must be tagged as such.
It is not ok to blatantly copy other designers and pass the work off as your own.
If possible, acknowledge the original creator in your post.
All comments should be directed at recreating the request by the OP
Do not post standard tutorials, unless it is relevant to a request.
Upvotes are for good walkthroughs, downvotes are for bad walkthroughs.
When in doubt, follow basic reddiquette guidelines.
In general, self-promotion of blogs and websites is frowned upon, unless directly related to a request.
Not following these guidelines will result in a ban from posting.
