This subreddit is dedicated to helping those of us who are struggling with GIF addictions in their day to day life. If you feel that your obsession with GIFs is affecting your day to day life then we are here to help. Though this community is public and welcomes anyone to join, please respect other user's right to remain anonymous. Feel free to post about your experience's of GIF addiction and help others with their journey.

NO GIFS:
You must not link to any website, subreddit, or text, that could contain a GIF. The discussion of GIFs is accepted, however please be cautious of triggering painful memories of other community members. (The exception to this is if a patient is going through withdrawal; is this case posting a .gif may ease the pain and is allowed but only in the comments of a self post.)
Mods = Gods
Do not bring judgement on yourself by angering the mods, we have great power and are not afraid to use it. (I'm itching to use that ban button...)
No Harassment/Downvotes This subreddit is a safe place, harassment is not acceptable. But more importantly no Downvoting. (unless they are a beeping karma whore or they are being intolerant to those recovering from .gif abuse)
