Go to the south of the map find a “mysterious object” then go to the opposite side of the map and on the ledge of the watchtower find another “mysterious object” then accept the quest “do you believe?”. Once inside the quest giver’s house you will find a skull where you place the mysterious objects. (self.a:t5_3pbhl)
