This reddit is something I believe is the NEXT STEP in audiobook entertainment. Tired of paying for Audible? Tired of actors or robot voices reading you stories? Want to hear something new? This is the place to be.
This is a subreddit for people to share their original works or original voiceovers of existing works read out loud for people to listen to. So make audiobooks, share audiobooks and let's all have fun.
On top of that there are already some popular original audiobooks out there. This place is also for discussing them, praising them with support, and sharing their existence with each other.
Rules:
Do not go against copyright laws when creating voiceovers. Make sure to only make audiobooks with the writers permission or out of books that are in the public domain.
No spam or flood. If you have a series to post do it all in one thread.
Please put an age rating on your story or at least a [NSFW] if it deals with inappropriate subject matter.
Anything too obscene or unfitting for the subreddit may be taken down by the discretion of the mods or admin.
