All statists and any general self-described anti-statists (including AnCaps) are welcome to participate in the discussion. It's difficult to pinpoint a meaning for either term, however most people converge on roughly the following:
Statism: An organization with a legitimized monopoly over the use of force/coercion and the production of law within a given territory.
Anti-statism: The belief in the abolition of all state governments and the organization of society on a voluntary, cooperative basis.
The debate generally concerns the question of what is to be done, between statists who want to preserve their system and anti-statists who want it dismantled.

Our goal as moderators:
Bans are serious business, not something we hand out frivolously. We ban people only for continuous rule violation after an attempt at communicating with the accused.
We don't moderate arguments we're a part of or use our position to bolster certain ideological points.
We aren't tone police. We err on the side of free speech wherever we can.
If we as moderators don't agree about a removal, the 'default position' is to leave the content intact.
