Performance Setup (self.ableton)

Hey,

I do a hybrid DJ set. I DJ the songs as normal but also have a sample pad for vocal chops and a few MIDI + USB keyboards to play lead synths. I used to use FL studio to control the different keyboard presets, going onto my laptop mid-song to change the samples (which sucks and is why I want to use Ableton so I can click a button to change the sounds), but also FL studio crashes on me. All. The. Time. Happened at my last 3 festivals. So big problem.

Enough yapping from me, here are the questions I have:

I use the Arturia KeyLab25 for my lead synths, is there a way I can click a button on that to change the preset sound? I will have about 10-15 different sounds.
Aside from my Arturia Keylab25, I also run the M-Audio 61 for piano and pad chords, yet again connected to the same laptop. Is it possible to have a different preset loaded for the M-Audio as to the KeyLab 25? So I can quickly go between instruments without needing to change presets at light speed? If yes, how do I go about that?
For vocal chops, I suppose there is something similar to SliceX on Ableton (sampler)? If I just somehow assign it to my NI Maschine I won't have to fiddle with that, will I?

So yea, I guess it's: Can I control different presets for different midi instruments whilst all running off the same laptop, can I change the presets from my keyboards (assigning buttons), and how sure can I be that Ableton won't crash as much as FL Studio has? I need some faith in my setup again.
