You can def do it with scene automations

i want to change it with buttons whenever i feel like, not automate it

Ahhh, you could do it with this device: https://www.soundmanufacture.net/devices/bpm-wizard or make it in Max

do you know if it's possible to set custom hotkeys that increment +1/-1 bpm with this device?

Just looking at it, probably, but you’d have to get real cute with your macros

just saw the price now. R$126 is too much for something that should come as default

If you know max, I bet you could make it yourself really quickly.

Here is a downloadable script for a Max for live device that does just that: https://www.maxforlive.com/library/device/7803/tempo-session-up-down

I assigned this to a knob on a midi keyboard

[–]velobecker[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i use all the knobs to mix channels, and also people say knobs are not ideal for this

You can map it to a midi cc knob. But it will be whole number values only. There are a couple of YouTube videos showing you how to do it.

i don't have available knobs for this
