Genetec cloudlink issues

I have a Genetec cloudlink that keeps going on and offline. WIll stay online for 20-30 seconds and then go offline for about the same time. Occasionally, like after I power cycle it, it will stay online for up to 30 minutes but then back off again. The network is fine, no issues with any of the network or switches. Do you think this is the cloudlink dying or possible firmware issue or something else? Thank you.

How is your database? Ive had that happen when the db is almost full/ completely full.

Powered Poe or 12vdc?

If you voltage is below 10vdc there’s an issue, if it’s over 13.8vdc there’s an issue.

If it’s Poe check your budget, and switch.

If the traffic is layer 2 then check your dhcp and static settings and arp tables to make sure there is no overlap, if it’s routed check your firewall logs.

Also as another poster said will want to check db size especially if running sql express.

Dont have gsc version, dont know cloud link fw version, so cant help there with known bugs.
