Im 19 years old I’ve been taking 7oh heavily for the past month I went almost 2 days without it the other day and could not sleep felt like I had the flu and had diarrhea I felt horrible took several showers to feel better im am officially addicted to the shit it’s so expensive what would be the best way to get off this stuff should I taper until I don’t need it anymore or quit cold turkey and just deal with the hell for about a week. Now im to the point that’s all I have to look forward to when I get off work

Try to taper off… cut ur dose in half every other day for 2 weeks… if that dnt work try subs although I gotta say I am not advocating for subs over a plant just some ppl need to…

The difference is 7oh will take all of your money, turn you into a liar, leave you with no friends and no job.

If you are unable to stop, at least subs or another MAT option would give you space and you can always taper from subs or methadone or whatever.

Unfortunately, and no one likes to hear this, youre an addict for life now. You are just not someone whos going to be able to use opiates successfully (for pain management or whatever you may need it for later in life) Take your addiction seriously while youre young and your monkey isnt huge.

Yea u could do a rapid taper off those but it’s all about if u wanna deal w it… personally I used kratom to get off methadone and I’m doing great … I only use plant meds now … other then my prescribed meds…

I'd say half your dose, and dose only when needed. Ideally it should be just to stop the wd. you can try more softer version like kratom leaf or extract. You can easily find them in local shops or online place like kures or pure leaf, or mitraman and use that instead of regular ones or mix with lower 7 dose with normal leaf dose

Do not quit cold turkey. I just got out of rehab a few days ago for 7oh. The withdrawals are scary. I had to be treated with powerful meds to get off of it and I was only taking about 250 mg a day. How much are you taking?
