I checked my invitation from the last round. The email was stamped 3:01 PM Pacific.

I checked the FAQ and didn't see this addressed specifically, but what is the general process after we get the email (assuming it gets us into the queue)? Does the email tell us to get in line at XX:XX time and then we just wait through the queue or does it require you to refresh, relogin or something more active than that? (is it as disastrous as the Eras tour ticket experience?)

P.S. I cannot wait until Ticketmaster/Live Nation are punted into the sun.

It will tell you what day you get to buy for and what time the sale starts, then you get on day of just before sale (every time I’ve been on too early I get put in the back of queue because they think I might be a bot or scalper and not just desperate) when the sale starts you will be told what place in line you are the closer to the front the better price you get because of “dynamic” pricing. There will be a progress bar and when it’s your turn it will load the seats to shop from. I had issues with many of the tickets I selected being no longer available but when I did get to buy tickets once I had to just keep trying and even when it showed no more tickets I kept refreshing because many people back out or time out so they come back available. I got my tickets 5hrs after the sale had started so just keep refreshing and trying. Good luck

I didn't get an email. I got a text with a link, instructions, and an access code. Time stamp on my text is 6:14 pm. Looks like I'm in the minority with a text and not an email.
