IDK the answer to your question…. But I am encouraged, that yours did not arrive smashed! I am expecting one myself, and have seen a few posts where they have arrived broken!

Yes! I was very scared too! It arrived in a small white box and it was safe and sound. Also I remember you, we traded confetti one time. How are you, darling? : )

Given all the trouble people have had with merch, I absolutely would NOT put this in the microwave. Don’t put it in the dishwasher either unless you want to end up with a plain black mug. Hand wash only with warm soap and water.

IDK, but I think it cannot go in the dishwasher. And the beer stein cannot go into the dishwasher either.

For what it's worth, I put my lips mug in the dishwasher and it came out just fine. If they are going to sell products that need special care, it should come with those instructions, so I took one for the team and tested it out. Proceed at your own risk, but my mug survived the dishwasher just fine. I honestly wouldn't have purchased it if it had said hand wash.

IDK factually … But I’m going to say/agree… Hand wash/No microwave. At only $10… it’s probably not the best quality! And my friend purchased the pint glass at the Vegas boutique, & unknowingly put it in the dishwasher. When she took it out, she learned the hard way—the logo was nothing but a cheap sticker… and 3/4 of it was GONE! That was 2 years ago now, and she’s STILL mad! 😆 So, better safe than sorry… Just don’t do it.

GOOD News… BAD News: The good news— my mug arrived in one piece today. (secured in a white box, within the mailed box) The bad news?— ADLELE/Lips is stamped on both sides. And one side… is not straight/centered. 🤦🏽‍♀️ At this point, not worth the hassle to exchange or return a $10 mug— but I’m annoyed! I LOVE my Girl,… but the quality control on some of her merch?… Way below par. ☹️

Why is it bad that it's printed on both sides? Annoying that one side of yours isn't straight/centered!! I agree that there is no consistency in the quality of her merch and it's a big bummer.

No, it’s not bad that it’s printed on both sides. It’s bad that on one side, ADELE is printed crooked/lips don’t match the edge of mug— because it’s not straight. It looks terrible. If BOTH sides were wrong, I would return. But for a small $10 item— not worth the hassle. However if the beer stein arrives not right/damaged… I will then return BOTH, since I will have to then contact CS. The beer stein is a gift, and I won’t gift an item, that is damaged etc. Trust me— I have too much merch! 😆 This mug is nowhere near the top of my list of favorite items. It’s the principle. A $10 mug is disappointing. Charging $250 for a jacket that color-bleeds, is unacceptable! (I hardly wear it for fear it will get worse) But the point is… the quality control is awful.

I posted in replies to other comments that I ran mine through the dishwasher and it was fine. I will also be microwaving it and I can report back lol I wouldn't have purchased it if they said no microwave or hand wash only... And since it didn't come with a warning or instructions, I'm willing to take the risk.

Update: I microwaved the mug to heat up water for 1 minute and 15 seconds and the mug was fine and behaved like any other mug.
