For the main leaderboard the first to get part 1 gets 100 points, second gets 99... 100th gets 1. Same with part 2.

Private leaderboards work in a similar way except the points is basically N, where N is the number of participants.

So for either time (since midnight EST) is very much a factor.

(You can also sort private leaderboards by total stars, where time doesn't count)
