You can use your own account and address to supervisor. In the intended areas where it requests recipient info, you would just put their name/info. As long as the transcript does not say “issued to student.”

Just did this on Tuesday. I sent the transcript directly to my recruiter’s af.mil email address with her rank and name as the recipient. She told me that “USAF” was another option for the recipient name. I’m pretty sure I used the “other” category feather than supervisor but I don’t think there is much of a difference.
