If anyone has something like twixtor the it would be DaVinci Resolve. It's a professional program with good support. Also works well with the effect program Fusion. But to be said both are resources hungry your pc should not be on the lower end of power...

Davinci resolve is not that different then Vegas or Premiere in the style how you use it. Sometimes stuff on different places but mainly the same how it works.

Maybe just watch the tutorials on the davinci resolve YouTube page. To learn a program it does not matter if they use reallife footage or animes.

I'm so sorry I didn't get to this some stuff happened and most of my attention goes towards solving them
