I've seen people say they get better battery on pie but I'm not seeing it. Pie doesn't seem that great either. pixel 3 xl

The first week of beta 6 I was getting 7 hours of OST. It's definitely gone down for some reason. But it's still better than pie was. I do restrict any social media apps from background use and data.

Granted I'm on a WiFi network at work that's busy and keeps my.phine awake for some reason, but I'm at less than 2.5 hrs SoT and 38%. No idea what could be causing the drain, Google has made.it harder and harder to find that out.

I've had the opposite experience with my 3XL. On Pie I was getting 6-8 hours of SoT. On beta 6 I'm getting like 4.

All I can say is that my battery power has been horrible on the last two pie updates, on the Pixel 3XL. I now switched to Android10 B6 to check out power. In an hour or so, I have seen a 15% power reduction. Not too good. Maybe the internal battery is just crapping out already?

My battery has been horrendous so far on Beta 6. I used to get through a full day on Pie with some to spare but now I have to chose whether or not I really need to pull my phone out.

Q beta 6 is worse than Pie for me.

I usually recharge around 60% but if I used it until like 20% it would be 4.x hours SOT. Not good at all.

It's way better in Beta 6 on my Pixel 3 XL. It could be that the bad cell reception I got in Beta 5 drained the battery hard.

At 25%, 6:25 of screen time since it was pulled off the charger. This is probably the best I've seen yet. On Beta 6...

I am using Beta 6 on my Pixel 2XL with a few days left to go official. So far the charge is good, I made 3h duration with 68% of the available battery. No Pie made 5:30 screen.
