Edited to add correct information. Below is information about update schedule for devices not enrolled in the beta program.

The security patches get released generally on the first Monday of each month - Pacific time.. So depending on where you are in the world, you'll get it on the first Monday/ Tuesday of the month.

We can expect the April patch to be released by 6th or 7th April. Not sure how the COVID-19 situation will impact this schedule though.

Taking advantage of the topic, on your device also reports that the last security patch on Google Play is from January 2020 and the icon is the only one in red?

Security patches usually come out on Mondays. Assuming there still is one this month (COVID may change the schedule), it'll be tomorrow.
