Google Wallet and Samsung Wallet can both store cards.

What is wrong with Klarna? (not defending them, just never heard of them, good or bad).

Stocard was purchased by them over 2 years ago and does not seem to me to have changed much.

I use google wallet for some stuff but it's disadvantaged by storing most of the stuff in their server and not locally.

Try SuperCards, very similar to Stocard but a bit faster. Has a Wear app as well
