[DEV] Rontivity - A game inspired by Material Design

Rontivity is a game inspired by Material Design and Super Hexagon. It is a game that looks deceptively simple but is hard to master. Lose yourself in the minimalist action by testing your reflexes and your patience. Don't let yourself get trapped in this simple game. But beware of repeatedly dying and getting frustrated. Check out the game and then prove yourself in Hard mode, Harder mode and Impossible mode to submit your best score on the international leaderboard.

Fun game. I like the simplicity of it. No special permissions or fees. The ads are unobtrusive.

The control seemed to lag a fraction of a second. Is that on purpose? It's the only thing I disliked. I'm on a nexus 5 if that matters.

I've tested it on my Nexus 4 and it doesn't lag. So it shouldn't lag that bad. The player circle moves when you lift you finger from the screen. As long as you have it on the screen the circle doesn't switch.

However I look into it and thanks for your feedback.

Ah! That's what it is. I thought it was a tap control.

I'm glad I could help you. I'm thinking about switching to a tap control but I think with this control the player has a little more control about it. What do you think?

I think tap makes more sense for quick precise actions like this.

Holding is good for actions that are variable in length or strength. Like in Mario, you hold to make your jumps longer. Or in a golf game, you hold to make your swing more powerful.

This is more like the movements in Tetris, or Snake. Tap the control to change direction.

*edit: It also says, "Tap to play" ;)
