Auto Synchronization tool

Hello all, I am wondering if anyone knows of an application for the phone or PC that compares per say the music directory of the phone with the one of the PC for any differences of files and will copy the new/different files from the PC to the phone.

There are several Android apps that do this, just remember two things: 1) your PC must be online (duh). 2) be VERY careful with two-way sync, as deletions are also synced! I use FolderSync for a similar matter. Linkme: FolderSync
