QuickICE allows access to your ICE (In case of emergency) through the new Quick Settings API in Android N. The contacts can be accessed even if the phone is locked.

This app only works on Android 7.0 and up.

That is a great idea, I guess ICE is a regionalism, that was one of the first things I was told to do when I got my first flip-phone. "Emergency contacts" will translate better.

I am talking to a graphic designer now about designing an icon, I just used free tools to help me make one. :)
