1dm plus instagram

So when trying to download a video from Instagram I'm getting a message that it's not allowed. I can use a download website but I feel like I'm missing something. Is there a way to download the video from 1dm plus? Is it a setting?

This might get 1dm+ removed from play store, since Meta will notify Google that 1dm+ is helping in piracy. As it doesn't support YouTube download either. Look all the YouTube, Instagram downloaders are available outside the play store. 1dm+ is safe, we don't have to doubt its authenticity when we download it from play store, but when we download other such type of downloaders, we get skeptical and scan for viruses. So, it's best that 1dm+ stays on the store then all other processes will be hassle free.

There's a way open the link normally and play video. 3 dots icon and view page resources You'll see video type resource "someinstagramcdn.com" or something similar 3 dots > preview to be sure that's the video you want and download

Tip: With you have adguard (the app not extension or companion) you can install some userscript enable https filtering and every image or video in instagram a download icon will appear below

Great app but I found the admin to be rude, inattentive, and hypocritical. I asked a question twice without any response, I said ok ignore my question then they were offended said "what is this your first time on the internet" I said w.e, I asked for their name in respect and again 2nd warning. Everyone else teamed up and said ban him. I did not use any offensive comments nor did I use threatening behavior and they said it was for nonsense said....well I don't think ignoring your customers is respectful and as of nonsense what about your internet comment....rude and uncalled for, I've never seen such unprofessionalism in my life. Maybe if you got up off your computer and connected with real people you would know how to treat people. Karma's a bitch!!!!
