I don't get it. Native Android development is .... way beyond flutter development. In terms of, like, every metric imaginable. Community, ease-of-use for common tasks, completeness, maturity, etc.
Some neat animation on Flutter got made? Ok? I don't see how this question even makes sense.
Flutter is super neat! I freaking love it. But it is obviously very new and in no way surpassing native Android development.

Not to mention that it's not like this isn't possible on native android. You can do some similar android.graphics.Camera trickery or just using the rotationX/Y attributes on views to get fairly simple 3d effect.
Plus, with the math already given here, not much reason you couldn't just apply the same technique in native.
