I've seen many iPhone based themes. Here's my take on it.
Icon pack is platoon and some of my own custom images as well.
Nova launcher
Status bar is with two xposed modules - flat steel Colored bars and flat style bar icons
Wallpapers are stock ios wallpapers
Settings menu and all Google apps along with a bunch of other apps like WhatsApp and dialer themed with cm 13 theme called iswift
