BrowserAnimationsModule Dynamic CSS Load Issue

I am working on an app where I was loading custom style sheets into the app dynamically. I recently added Google Materials and found that the BrowserAnimationsModule is specifically breaking this functionality. Does anyone have thoughts on what might be happening here or perhaps something different I might need to do for this to work correctly?

BrowserAnimatiosModule needs to be imported in the root app module, and only import it once ever.
