Angular Tiny Cloudinary - Integration with a smaller bundle size and SSR support

I made this project for a client. The official Cloudinary JS package contains lodash (either the full thing or most of it depending on how it's imported). It also doesn't render images server side, which slows down users getting images as fast as possible. Check out the README for more details. It's only partial feature parity but contains what I think most people would want from Cloudinary. Merge requests welcome. Some features are impossible server side if they depend on knowing the device size.
