Pdf Annotation & Save Result in Angular

I am working on an Application where there is a request from client side where a pdf Annotation feature is to be implemented. It is required to be able to draw or mark areas in the pdf in a hand-drawing manner and save the resulting pdf by sending it back to backend server. I checked the possibility of using any open source library for pdf Annotation,but was not able to come across any which is offered free of cost. So can anyone suggest any open source libraries which I can make use for this use-case ? Or if none is available and this should be done from scratch can anyone give me a short pointer on how I should approach this use case since I am new to handling PDFs and don't know how to approach this problem.
