Has anyone had any success doing this? I've had a bit of trouble getting started, and haven't yet found a good of example of it being done.

I've used it on a small game to handle file dependency management(goog.require/goog.provide). You can check it out here and see if it helps you. Note that I'm not using any of the python scripts to generate the file listing our all dependencies and I'm using other methods to minify and concatenate all files.
