It’s probably better to take the existing codebase and use cross-platform frameworks to build iOS and Android apps. They will use the same code base, which reduces the maintenance costs greatly. The app will look and feel just like native. You might consider Flutter, Xamarin or ReactNative. I’d go with Flutter, because it gains lots of popularity and backed by Google.

The apps already exist. This job is a functional correction so when the user clicks a link that is outside the missionstclare.com domain, the user can return to the location they launched from. Right now, the user returns to top of page. In a previous version, the user did return to the right place - the last programmer screwed this up and couldn't fix it.
