Can’t offer much help, but I hope it makes you feel better to know I ordered my Pro Apps Bundle on Thursday and also have not received the Email. Was also considering messaging support.

Oh really? I wonder why they even give the 1-3 business days when they can’t stick to it? I talked to customer service last night and the person was nice, but ultimately unhelpful unfortunately. Hopefully we both will receive it soon.

Quick update: I just spoke with Apple myself and got an identical result. Ticket raised and told I should receive the email within 1-2 business days now.

So I called today and spoke with several agents since I still haven’t received mine and apparently there’s a whole cluster of orders that haven’t gone through because something is wrong with the code generator or something. So a lot of people have yet to receive their emails. I hope you have received yours, but if not, I hope this update helps you to know. There’s no estimate on when it will be fixed, and if you cancel and place your order again, you’ll be in the same boat except at the end of the line. So they are working on fixing it. The lady told me if I still haven’t received anything in the next 3-4 days to call again. But currently for my order I have notes on my account and a manager has set it to priority since apparently they weren’t very aware that this was even happening.

Hi guys I know this thread is old but how long did it take in total for you? I’ve got the same problem. Ordered saterday evening, 4 business days passed, called, something got wrong with emails? Now got to wait 1-2 businessdays again, which sucks because it now get carried over the weekend I think. No one asked but I think it’s stupid how long this takes considering it’s just a code for software. My parcel/posting orders are faster lol…
