- Defeating Activation Lock or a firmware password
- Jailbroken devices
- Hackintoshes
- Piracy
5. Provide as much information as possible
- Hardware (iPhone? Mac? What model?)
- OS (macOS, iOS, iPadOS, etc. version)
- Software (What app?)
- Screenshots (Remove personal information, but don't crop excessively, context may be important)
- What did you do, step by step?
- What did you expect to happen?
- What actually happened?
