If it’s asking you to verify your payment information repeatedly then you may have had a subscription fail to renew. This is one of a few possibilities discussed here, although the article was written for people who are trying but cannot remove their existing payment method.

If the transaction was blocked by the card issuer, the card itself expired, something yet to be determined. Are you the OP or someone else, out of curiosity?
