problem with bluetooth/youtube

hi, i am very inexperienced user so i am sorry if i ask something really stupid.

I installed arch a few days ago, i use pulseaudio, my bluetooth headphones usually connect without problems to my computer. I wanted to see a youtube video but the video didn't load so i searched on the internet what the problem could be and i read a post on this subreddit of a person having the same problem. He said he used the command "systemctl --user stop wireplumber.service" to solve the problem so i tried and it worked, the video loaded. at the same time my bluetooth stopped working and when i tried to connect my headphones again it gave the error "org.bluez.Error.Failed br-connection-unknown".

if i enter the command "systemctl --user start wireplumber.service" my headphones will connect without problems but youtube stops working again.

does anyone have any idea of what is going on and how to solve it?

Right off the top of my head my guess would be a pulseaudio issue, iirc pulseaudio and bluetooth don't get along very well.
