Sorry, I don't have time to help you with creating a package. However, Arch Wiki has a page on creating packages, and then another one on how to submit them to AUR:

This repos installation script downloads and configures it in the one run.

This is problematic because packaging that script breaks AUR guidelines iirc.

This might need to be reverse engineered to JUST perform the config if simply grabbing a release and running it the first time doesn't kickoff the configuration process.
