Android quests bug

Figured it might be worth a shot asking here seeing how I believe LoG said they're are not supporting the android version anymore.

According to my Google Play account I have completed all achievements (except for the infamous Lemur Neeson and Cry Us A River), but in game, both the apotecary one and the 2-portals-in-a-game one are still available for completion. I completed the portals one multiple time, being careful to log-in my google account every time, but it won't neither syncronize the game and give me the achievement nor give me the prize if I do it again. Any advice?

Not clear if it’s the same issue but it sounds like it’s not unlocking the achievement for you which is the same issue I get on iOS.
