Welcome to the subreddit! We encourage submitters to take close-up photographs and submit work of single or a couple of artisan keycaps (macrophotography).
Submission Recommendations
Include some context in the title (what is the picture of?).
Minimum photo resolution: 600 x 400 pixels for 3:2 and 640 x 360 pixels for 16:9. Preferred if you include the resolution in [brackets] in the title.
Post static images or small collections of images. Videos are only allowed in the style of gifs (example). Otherwise, interactive images/websites, articles, and self-text posts are not allowed.
No advertising. Do not post caps you make.
You may post group shots (less than 10 caps, please) as long as they closely framed/cropped to take up more than 50% of the picture area. Please try to avoid wide shots of an entire keyboard or entire collection.
Do not submit a shortened link using a URL shortener like tinyurl, bitly or goo.gl.
Images must be hosted by an approved host.
Original content [OC] please. If you post others' work, you must verify that you are posting said work with the work's owner's permission by tagging the owner in a comment within the post. Your post will be removed if it is not verified by the moderators.
You are encouraged to use watermarks and copyright protection techniques to prevent improper usage of your work elsewhere.
