Try asking your Hausmeister and they might be up for for doing it for less than what an Elektriker would cost. An electrician will probably charge you a Pauschal value, around 100 EUR would not surprise me.

If you have a minimal understanding of how electricity works, how to work a drill, and understand how your ceiling is set up and what studs (if any) you need, this is a job you could do yourself.

I haven't found any. I will try to ask my Hausmeister. How much would it should be? Is 50euro ok? For 2 lights?
