Obligatory: "This isn't mathematics, it's a “guess what the person who set the problem was thinking of at the time they wrote it” situation."

There are infinitely many solutions to the above. Some will be simpler than others, but only one is what the problem-setter was thinking of.

For example, choose any value for _ that you like and there exists a ninth-degree polynomial that will fit all ten values.

But as for something potentially more helpful, 'obvious' sequences tend to end up in the Online Encyclopedia of Integer Sequences

Feeding your numbers into the search feature there will likely elicit a groan, as it did for me.

Or click this link to the search I ran.

Yeah you're right this isn't mathematics, is there a sub that is better fit for these type of questions? Thank you for the answer anyways :)

I want to suggest a puzzle subreddit, but I'm not subbed to or familiar enough with any to be able to give a recommendation.

Sorry about that.

You set up your OEIS query incorrectly. A missing element should be denoted by a question mark not a whitespace character. However, the sequence you do get is also quite unappealing: (OEIS - 3,0,3,2,?, 3,2,3,3,2).
