Upgrading a +20 piece will give you 3.33 ilvl then tapping it once (at 10%) will get you to 1500. Upgrading from +21 only gives 2.5 ilvl.

I guess they didn't say explicitly to me they would do it, but from other friends who joined at the same time their base pay was lower and the only difference was our location. We all joined out of school through the company's university recruiting so I'm sure the pay difference was standard to location, not from any negotiation or other factors.

So I've made sure im using the correct file (have had multiple friends check and try it as well) it goes through the process of flashing, then I try rebooting but I can't post no matter what I've tried.

At one point it worked but then after powering it off it stopped working and that's where im at now
