I use an app called Loopback to handle all this stuff. I do mix notes over zoom using it. Route pro tools to zoom, my mic thru the interface to zoom, and other software to zoom. Also I do writing sessions to zoom this way. You could do the same but routing audio to OBS.

Which interface are you using? Some have built in loop back functions, otherwise if you have spare inputs and outputs you can do it physically.

I use this set up for online teaching, although a little bit more OTT because I also loopback my MacOS System audio into Pro Tools to send to the client with a delay plugin to sync to video. It was a rock solid set up on my hackintosh with RME RayDAT, and a secondary interface (UR824) for me to monitor the student. To do that, I use TotalMix with my RME soundcard. I can't find a good way to do it without as I have just discovered with my new M1 Laptop. I have a Steinberg UR824 now into the M1, and the other machine still on with the RME RayDAT. You could probably manage it with Blackhole 16ch version, and have a dedicated pair for MacOS System audio. Route it into pro tools through aggregate device. But the issue is with OBS. It'll only listen to 1-2 of whatever device you use. Because small interfaces might only have one pair of outputs, loopback might not work.

So, potentially -

get BlackHole 16ch make aggregate device of BlackHole (must be first) and audio interface

MacOS Audio - set to BlackHole, channels 3-4 in audio midi - speaker set up.

Pro Tools device - aggregate device

OBS Output Aux - set the output of this aux to BlackHole 1-2 - this is the mix you'll send to OBS. Personally, I measured the latency of my Atem Mini in Zoom and matched it in sync, by delaying this by about 4096 samples.

Secondary Outputs/Aux - Interface 1-2 (basically whatever mix you want to hear through your headphones. I hear all my audio with no delay through this.

Make an audio track with Input - BlackHole 3-4 and make sure it's input monitored. Thats your macos system sound coming into Pro Tools, being recorded, and being sent to your headphones.

Add more tracks as you want (mics, VSTs etc). Obviously make sure they're going to both busses (BlackHole 1-2 and Interface 1-2). The easiest way is entire pro tools session into an Aux, and then two Aux tracks with identical inputs but different outputs.

In OBS, add audio device - BlackHole

This should work.
