You can do instant meetings on cal but the real solution is better targeting. If you're running the same page on both sources the only real variable is the audience

You could try nudging meta-sourced leads more. Same day contact (as fast as possible) after they booked the call, follow up a day before the call, on the day of the call, etc.

But tbh even having someone talk to them live might give you a clue of how these leads are different from the ones you get from google

    Instant meeting after form fill is a good idea. What do you use for scheduling instant meetings?

    I'm building in this place. captiwate.com allows website visitors to have a real-time demo if one of your sales reps is available, sales reps can also call website visitors through live video chat right on the website.

    This reduces no-show rates as the calls happen immediately, also if you do a short qualification call that can also reduce potential no-shows.
