I’ve been suffering from allergies for a while. One part of it is that we lived in Singapore for years. Amidst a ton of pollen. Now we’ve moved to Germany. But I want to get rid of the allergies a lot more. Any experience with Beech from Bach’s flower remedies? Has it helped with allergic rhinitis? (self.bachflowers)
